Please check with your insurance company if Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment is a covered expense under your plan.  Some insurance companies cover this benefit under mental health/substance abuse and others may cover it under the medical portion.  Please be aware that although you may have insurance with one of the plans listed above, your employer may not have selected this as a covered benefit, or there could be a waiting period before this benefit becomes available to you.
